1. Acknowledgment of Risk

Participant acknowledges that participation in Dream Team Network LLC sales training program involves professional development activities, networking, coaching, and career guidance in software sales. Participant understands that:
a) Success in sales is not guaranteed and depends on individual effort, external market conditions, and employer hiring decisions.
b) The Company does not control hiring decisions made by external employers or partners.

2. Hold Harmless & Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Participant agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dream Team Network LLC, its owners, employees, coaches, contractors, partners, affiliates, and agents (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses (including legal fees), or injuries arising from:
a) Participation in training, coaching, or networking events.
b) Employment-related outcomes, including but not limited to hiring decisions, compensation structures, commission earnings, or job performance.
c) Business decisions made based on training, mentorship, or advice received from Dream Team Network LLC.
d) Any personal, professional, or financial impact resulting from participation in the program.

3. No Warranties or Guarantees

Company makes no warranties or guarantees regarding job placement, earnings potential, or career advancement. Training is provided “as-is” without express or implied warranties.

4. Confidentiality

a) Definition of Confidential Information – Participant acknowledges that during the training program, they may receive confidential and proprietary information related to Dream Team Network LLC, including but not limited to training materials, business strategies, coaching methodologies, templates, client lists, partner information, and trade secrets (“Confidential Information”).
b) Non-Disclosure Obligation – Participant agrees not to disclose, share, reproduce, or use any Confidential Information for any purpose outside of participation in the Company’s program, whether during or after their involvement in the program.
c) Exclusions – Confidential Information does not include information that:

  • Becomes publicly available through no breach of this Agreement.

  • Is lawfully received from a third party without confidentiality obligations.

  • Is required to be disclosed by law or government authority, provided Participant gives prior notice to the Company.

5. Intellectual Property Protection

a) Ownership – All content, training materials, methodologies, sales frameworks, documents, videos, and intellectual property provided by Dream Team Network LLC remain the sole property of the Company.
b) Limited License – Participant is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Company materials solely for personal educational purposes during the program.
c) Prohibited Uses – Participant agrees not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Company materials.

  • Use Company materials for commercial purposes, resale, or to train others outside the program.

  • Claim ownership or attempt to register any intellectual property belonging to Dream Team Network LLC.

6. Assumption of Risk

Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in the training program and acknowledges the inherent uncertainties of a sales career.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
